The following calendars show the fortnightly pay periods and pay days for Department staff. The calendars also show the confirmed school holiday periods for school staff (Note: the attendance days for students may differ).

Pay Confirmation Calendars for Administrative Staff
Pay confirmation calendars are for the use of staff responsible for updating details on HRMS and show the pay confirmation dates for each pay period. Changes affecting a pay period must be processed on HRMS by approximately 10:00pm on pay confirmation day to be effective for that pay. Select the relevant year from the following:
