HRMS User Guide

The HRMS User Guide has been developed to support personnel administrators when undertaking personnel and payroll transactions using the system.

The HRMS User Guide is designed to provide:

  • an easy reference for accessing and navigating the system

  • a step by step reference guide to the personnel and payroll functions

  • a reference for the terms and functions used in the system

 

As some of the files below are quite large and therefore slow to download, users are strongly encouraged not to print the user guide but to save electronic versions on their own computers or the schools' file server. The easiest way to save the file to your own computer is to right mouse click on the file you want to save then select 'Save Target As...' Updates to the guide will be notified to school users in HRM Online.

The HRMS User Guide is updated as changes to the HRMS application and document occur. Some minor amendments to most of the files below were made on July 1 2003. The changes were mostly to update hyperlinks to other web files. Users with electronic versions of these files should replace their versions with the ones below. Users with printed copies dated February 2002 or later need only reprint the Maintaining Employee Records and Reports files.
